- We provide the product disassembled and packed in an aluminum box. The aluminum box dimensions are 275 × 875 × 520 mm, with a weight of 25.6 kg. The shipping condition will be EXW. We usually ship by air courier (DHL/FedEx), but sea freight is available for bulk orders
- We can provide a sample with the software installed and issue a quotation for it. Upon purchase, we provide a manual for product assembly and usage, as well as a troubleshooting manual. The warranty service is valid for three years, and the software is cloud-based, allowing free updates whenever new versions are released.
